Del Cerro is bordered on the east by Mission Trails Regional Park & San Carlos, on the west by Mission Valley, and on the south by Interstate 8 and San Diego State University. Called the Hill by its residents, Del Cerro is an enclave of single family homes. Del Cerro real estate is centered in the hills above Mission Trails Regional park, enjoying sweeping views of canyons and distant mountain landscapes.
