Paradise Hills, located in
southeast San Diego is between Lemon Grove and National City, and
includes the neighborhoods of North Bay Terraces, Lomita, Skyline, South
Bay Terraces, Jamicha and Paradise Hills. Paradise Hills real estate is
spread out over hills and canyons, offering spectacular views of San
Diego Bay, Downtown San Diego, Coronado, and the Pacific. Homes are
mostly single family on one or two levels in quiet family neighborhoods.
Town amenities include
several business centers in each of the areas six neighborhood, making
shopping convenient to residents. Plans to quadruple the size of the
Paradise Hills Branch Library are being written, estimating an endowment
of over $9 million for the project.
Kids attend schools part
of the San Diego City School District, which ranks up to the 90th
percentile in the state. Paradise Creek shares the land and runs all the
way into San Diego Bay
